Do you mean "Oyajitchi"?

He's a special character only on the Japanese P1. On the non-Japanese P1, the special character is different.

If that's the Hong Kong model Tamagotchi you have, then you can't get Oyajitchi. The character shown on that page is the one that replaced Oyajitchi on non-Japanese models.
