Tamagotchi p's gotchi reform

Ok so my P's came on the 15th and I just have been trying to figure it out but one of many questions I can't find an answer to is when you go the the "gotchi reform" or the redecorating shop what are the five things he lists? Are they different rooms or what? Thanks in advance!

Yes, the first list that comes up are the rooms.

First page (in order):

Living Room

Kitchen

Toilet

Bath

Second page:
