Tamagotchi V4.5 Question.

Okay, I have this Adult Tamagotchi on my V4.5. One of it's skill is almost 300 to become a special tamagotchi. I need to ask you this. When one of it's skill points are 300 and evolves into a special Tamagotchi depending on the skill, will it still be mateable?
