No, all the babies will be different EXCEPT...

If you marry, say, Mametchi and Chantochi then they will have two of the same babies, because they are the Mame family.

Anyway yeah v5s can have twins but only if they marry a Tama from the same family like violetchilluvr3 said.

Uhotchi=cheerful family (meme family)+Memetchi=cheerful family=2 twin meme/cheerful family babies,one boy and one girl.And instead of the blended family plaque,you'll get the Cheerful family plaque in the stats menu.
