Tamas wont connect

I have a v3 and a v4 and they wont connect, I have reset both and pressed 'others' but know luck. :furawatchi:

Any help very much appreciated.

Was you trying to connect in sunlight? That can cause some problems.

And when the stand-by screen is flashing, ready to connect, press the V4's middle button and push the red connecting thingy really hard to the V3.

Thats what I always do.

maybe there's something wrong with the v4? can your v4 connect to other tamas? Once my friend's one was like that but she changed it for a new one.
