Tamatalk.com site problems "KAAAAAHHHHH!"

everytime i try to go on Tama talk.com BEFORE 11:00 PM or omehitng like that, it doesnt let me!! when i click ont the page (from google), an Alert popup pops up and seys 'Page not found or does not exiist' or something like that? is this sopost to happen or what?
