no, the parents don't turn into a couch. it just doesn't show them on tamatown.

apperently the people who made tamatown can't make the parents appear on that spot. you can see the parents on your tamagotchi by going to family at the book icon ( thats for if it's a v4.5 I'm not sure about other versions.)

It happened to me as well. Often it's a rare and less well known character--for example, Tsunotchi. Or it could be a server problem.

Yes, this is NOT a known fault with any TamaTown.

I have been on V4.5 TamaTown ots iof times and that has happened to me.

The Grandparents just give you money and you just visit your parents.

Personally, I don't really think that it's much of a bigge in visiting your parents really.
