you click on log out and then it asks you if you're sure you want to logout and you click yes and then a logout code comes up on the screen on your tamagotchi the login code should be up on you're screen...push the middle button on your tamagotchi and then type in the logout code onto that and you will get your points. If you want to get items then just type in the code into your tamagotchi that you receieve off the website while logging out
