When will the food store in my tamatown tama-go restock( currently empty)?

The shop restocks at 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM, and 6:00 PM.

But the shop in my tamago hasn't restock yet, is anything wrong?

You can change the time to one minute before the shop restock times and wait for the exact time. Go and check the shop and it should restock. Or you could always go legit and wait a day for the shop to restock.
