Well, I personally liked the V2 best. The V3 is when it starts to get all gender related, and people think it is more for girls.

V4 is pretty good, but it is not as good as the V2 [in my opinion.]

I think V4.5 is the best. It's got the best games and it keeps you interested in the whole job thing.

I prefer the Tamagotchi that came out in the 90s myself (Tamagtochi ancestors...hence the reasoning behind my username). My favorites would have to be the Angelgotchi, Osu Mesu, P2, and the Oceangotchi! I haven't gotten around to playing with my V4 much.
