The Adoption Center

For all the poor homeless and orphaned Tamagotchis, there was the Adoption Center. It was the worst place they could be, with filthy rooms, barely any food at all, and one cranky and mean woman running the place. The Tamagotchis there had no one to love them, no one to treat them when they were sick, no one to comfort them when they were sad- but everyone there knew each other, and were good friends. But all those poor children, they were slowly withering away- that is, until a bright and cheery Ura Young Violetchi came....

Just another passing day; nothing to do, say, or think about at the Tamagotchi Adoption Center. Mrs.Hayes, the wretched woman who managed the Adoption Center, came bursting into Room 102, where a little Young Mimitchi named Karen stayed.

"Mrs.Hayes." she said, trembling in fear.

"Shut up." Mrs.Hayes replied. "In you go, you little worm." She shoved a Ura Young Violetchi into the room, the turned around and left, shutting the door behind her.

"Hello." the Ura Young Violetchi said cheerfully. "My name's Lavender." Karen gave her a weak smile. Lavender smiled back, and carefully placed her purple backpack on the ground.

"Quite the cheerful one, are you?" Karen said.

"You bet!" Lavender exclaimed happily.

"Just wait." Karen said gloomily. "Mrs.Hayes will nip it out of you."
