It was a cold december morning. Evan and Lucas were outside staring into space like always. They were always thinking that they had "magical powers". They drew pictures of a portal but they didn't know where it was or where it led. The portal was grey. there were dead plants all around it. It had once been Bright. The plants were thriving. It looked great. Until the summer of 1990. it was oddly hot, even for summer. The tempeture was reaching 200 degrees. Everyone was hidden in an under ground freezer. The portal was visible. Evan had opened it without even knowing. Once it was visible he had to go to the freezer. The portal was open the whole day. The plants died. The portal and dimension were forgotten about. The creatures hoped to be able to have the town they once had. With a portal like that everything turned boring. There were a few people who wanted the dimension forgotten of. They wanted the creatures to turn evil and attack the mortals. If the creatures succeded the world would be taken over by them. And Dawq. The evil warlock. Dawq hated the mortals. Lucas' mom dated him. Until she found out he was a warlock. Only two people knew the spell to open the portal. Evan and Dawq. Evan knew it but he didn't he said it once but doesn't know it works. The spell is: 'We call on the dreams of creature and mortal to heal the wounds of the two worlds divide. So that one day we could each open the portal and each of us decide.'
