While I thank TG_D and lovelyswan for being nice and coolio (thumbs up for you lovelyswan!) lol, if you put Cooldawgthing11 (for example) and the person below rates him 1/10 because he's not nice, and then cooldawgthing11 comes around and sees that, he would be mad, and a flame war would start, and so on and so on.

KellyClarkson_8, hopefully a flame wont start. I don't really understand how somebody could be offended by this. All your doing is rating how much you KNOW a person and then say something nice about them. If I gave a 1/10 then I'd say, ''Well, I don'treally know this person AT ALL. But I'm sure if we met we'd be great friends. ^^'' Hopefully everybody stays mature.
