Massie walked along an over-grown path she had found in the woods by her home. So far she assumed she had walked about a mile. She looked forward and a clearing came up. Before her stood a tower. It seemed to reach into the heavens. Clouds covered it, it was so tall, and she couldn't see where it ended. Maybe, it never would.
Massie walked up to te large double doors. They were oversized, it seemed as though a house would fit through them, they were so big. She pushed and the door easily glided opeen a few feet.
Light beemed into the front room as she stepped inside. She looked for a light before she closed the door and found a few candles. Lucky her she had brought matches. She lit one and touched it to the whick. "There" she said, satisfied with her progress. She figured that should could just come home after exploring the strange structure. But when she turned around light wasn't where it should have been.
The door had been closed.
Massie walked over and tried to push it open. It didn't have handles. She tried harder but it wouldn't move in the opposing direction. She didn't bother yelling for help beacue she relized nobody would be out this far in the woods.
Just why had she gone inside in the first place.
