They... aren't playing music?

So today my Music Star evolved into a Mimitchi :mimitchi: , which meant that it was time to graduate music school. But when my band went up in front of the judges, they didn't play music, they DANCED (at one point they all stood on their heads). Why? Is this normal? Have I stumbled upon some rare glitch, or is this perhaps a result of my instruments? I am rather confused.

 

At the time, my band was like this:

Genre: Hip-hop

Instrument 1: Headphones

Instrument 2: Boom Box

Instrument 3: Turn Table

Also, the judges did not like it, and gave me three X's.

UPDATE: They just did it again, same thing, same song, but this time we only got one X.

The boombox, Turn table and Headphones all do the same thing. They make them dance. But if they aren't playing any music then I don't know... did you turn the sound off?

They didn't play music because...yeah maybe you switched the sound off.

Tama's are supposed to dance when they have the turntable, boombox and headphones.

Maybe you got X/X/X because you didn't practice enough.
