Okay, well, I've been watching doctor who [again] and I know this is really old, like 2 years or so

But I still don't get it.

What is Bad Wolf?

Why is it following Rose Tyler?

Was it in Torch wood or not?

I really need some explaining because this is a HUGE topic with some people I'm trying to work with.

Could you help?

The whole " Bad Wolf " thing was a story arc by RTD that was never properly resolved. :/

The second site is really, really old. Wiki article doesn't give anything new. It hasn't been mentioned since series 1 and I doubt it ever will be. RTD never revealed it and now that Steven Moffat is running the show, he probably never will.
