The problem this time is that in tamatown my mail box is empty. any ideas of what Bandai's email is? i need to email them due to my music city mil box getting empty and i hav no reason of how this happened?!

If you go to the Tamagotchi Tamatown home (where you see things like "Click here to get to Music City!") you will see some red boxes with white text in them.They are around the top-left corner.Click on "Costmer Support" to e-mail Bandai!Hope I helped!
