TMGC+C Lottery

Can someone help me? I can't seem to win the lottery in my +Color. Is there any easier way of doing this? Seriously I've tried it like twenty times and wasted hundreds of points

There's no other way around it, unfortunately. You're not doing anything wrong; the rainbow watering can is the hardest thing in the lottery to get. Don't know if you've seen binary's TMGC+C Guide yet, but apparently you've got a 5% chance of landing a rainbow watering can. I remember when I first got my +C, it took ages for me to get it too. Just keep at it! You'll get it eventually.
