Traing Pionts

Can some one please explain on how to get them and what they do?

The more training points you have, the better character you are likely to get/have.

To get them, punish your tamagotchi when s/he is being naughty - ie: Beeping for no reason, not eating when hungrey etc

Praise your tamagotchi when s/he is being good or feeling sad - ie: Is crying or has back to you.

Like I said before, the more points you have, the cuter and healthyer character you are more likely to get.
