I have this little goal of mine to get an S on every sergury in the game. I've succeded in getting most of them, but there's still, like, 10 left to S and I was wondering if anybody knew an FAQ that could tell you how to S rank them all.

And if you're curious, I'll go ahead and list what I have.

Honestly the Kiriyaki and the Triti ones are the hardest. In fact. The Savato one is the easyest as long as you follow these insane, yet somewhat reliable steps.

*When you first start you'll cut the webs twice. The third time will be the exact same time that he makes a new web and you could zap a few bugs if you want, but honestly you don't have to.

*Eventually you will realize (about after the second web is remade) that the bugs are VERY annoying. Simply put, don't attack the bugs. The truth is. The bugs only bring down the Vitals by 50%, but when the web turns red it takes 30 vitals. So, it is MUCH more important to keep the web "unred".

* Continue only doing these two things. Cut when IMMEDIATLY after you have a knife and use the green stuff CONSTANTLY.

* You will probably come across a time where you have both needle and knife out... just take your laser and fire away for a few seconds. lol.

*Once you get rid of all the webs, the bugs will return to the Savato and you should take this time to fill up on Vital Juice (er... that's what I call it.) About 70. is good.

*Always take care of BUGS FIRST. In this second part. They are what kill you.

*If you surture things up then you will notice that you will get a "cool" on just about every one of them... it's rather nice, so go at it VERY quickly.

*Keep your vitals about 50 as much as you can.

*If you find the bugs gather anyway, try this. Instead of pumping them with vital juice simply wait with the laser and put it on the whole group until they're finish (not the whole time, just about the time their done) and you'll rather like the results. You can't hurt them until they're done. THEN you can get the vitals about 50 again.

*Go ahead and cut him the first couple of times, but the third time around will be MUCH tougher. The bugs will come out, twice as many and he'll start cutting like crazy. UNDER NO SERCUMSTANCES, will you use the healing touch until the end. Just learn to serture quiker.

*This is the part where he usually dies for me... lol.

*If you make it to burning off the shell the third time, BEFORE you cut him, make sure you have vitals of over 50. Then cut him and inject the black stuff.

*DON"T try to surture up the wounds when he cuts a whole bunch of them. Look at the bottom left corner and wait until it'll let you use the healing touch. (you'll have to wait a few seconds). Then use it and go surture crazy.

*and while you're at it, since no time is running, go ahead and get his vitals to 99. It doesn't count against you.

And Vuala. You inject Savato and stich em' up and you got a nice S Rank X7: Savato mission.

Yeah, and out of ALL the X missions "Kyriaki" is the HARDEST! No joke. It took us (as in me and brother) a few months just to get passed it, then only a few hours to get to the others, lol. then my bro couldn't finish the last one and I S ranked it first try, lol.

^The game is where you do surgery on people. I tried Second Opinion and couldn't because I was too nervous XD.

Tumors are scary... I can't remove them without sweating, having neausa and breathing really fast. xD

I sometimes wish Angie would just SHUT UP! I can see the vitals, Angie! No need to scream in my face! XD
