travel code help!

This is about the travel code... I need help!

My brother went to Switzerland with my tama and got a code... He doesn't remember the code... Can I get it back???? How do I get the code back???? AHHHHH

You can't get it back, once you lose it, it's gone. Believe me, I had to learn the hard way!
