Ok, #1: How old does a Tama have to be to get married?

#2: Can a V4 ,marry a V3?

Right now, my tamas are both 4 years old.

Yeah, for question #1, I mean the actual age like 4,5, or 6

The earliest I've gotten the Matchmaker is 6. Don't know if they could mate with a friend earlier than that?

If you wait until your tamagotchi is seven years old you can turn the time to 2:59 p.m. and then wait one minute the matchmaker will come.
