Every time I try to upload an avvie I get "You are not allowed to upload that kind of picture or personal photo" when theres nothing innapropriate for them. I even tried the right file types! The only one that uploads is the old one I have, and I really hate that one. What do I do? Sorry if its in the wrong section. x3

Yeahh, there is a size limit. And by image scale down, they mean if the picture is too big, they change the size of it.

There was "error on page" on IE. And on Firefox its not letting me upload that pic when its ONLY 10.8 KB (o)___(o)

And plus Mozilla doesn't let you paste hotlinks for avvies from Imageshack ;_;

Is it a .bmp image?

If so, you can't upload it.

Usually .jpg images are allowed if I recall correctly.

If it's a single frame still, you can go into Photoshop, "Save As" a jpeg, then it'll ask you what quality you want it. You'll probably have to go down to level 7 of quality, cause level 10 is almost always too big of a file. For me, at least.
