I was wonderin if a Hong Kong 1997 special ed. tama was worth 20.00 dollars. I might end up buyin it from a friend so... can anyone help me out??

Yes, that is a nice price. That has been the average starting price for that HK special one for at least 2 years. I have a couple of them. They are nice!
