Uniforms...

My school doesn't have any but my friend's school does. Her uniform rules are awful! 

Here are the rules for her school:

 

1. No earings

2. No rings on the finger

3. No necklaces

4. Only wear Blue, Orange, or Yellow clothing

5. No pants

6. No sandals

7. No crocs

8. No shorts AT ALL

9. Girls must wear skirts

10. Guys must wear tuxidos

11. All hair must be down (no ponytails or pigtails)

12. Hair must not have any highlights

13. Natural color hair only

14. No makeup (eyeliner, lipstick, masacra, blush, etc)

15. No purses

16. No tennis shoes

17. Sleeves on a shirt must not be above the elbow

18. No backpacks

19. No toys

20. No keyrings

21. No virtual pets

22. Lunch brought from home must either be a lunchable or a sandwhich with 2 sides and a drink.

23. No bracelets

24. No cell phones

25. Shirts must be plain with no writings or marks

26. No hoodys

27. Hair must be in natural form (no straghtening hair or curlying it)

 

See how bad that is? I am SOOO glad that is not my school. I bet you're thinking, "What a horrible Elementry school". That's no elementry school. That's a middle school. Yep. A horrible strict middle school.

Omg!Well,my schol colors are navy blue and white.

What you can't wearbut some ppl wear them anyway!)(Sometimes I wear them)

1.jeans

2.black pants

3.non-uniform shirts

4.non-uniform bottoms

5.no spagetti straps

and I think that's all.It's not fair that if I wear those I ger in trouble(sometimes).and when other people wear those,they don't get in trouble.

I am quite surprised that people find the "No pants or shorts" rule so outrageous. At my school we wear kilts (yes, kilts) even in the -27 degree winters. We all have nerve damage from it..but you get used to it. Those rules are not that out there, very similar to those of my school but some are just not as enforced, such as makeup and hair. We used to have some sort of lunch rule but that was taken away. Honestly, it could be much worse.

My school is the same all schools in my country have uniform its the law!

The rules of that school are the same as mine exept we wear red sweat shirts and white tops we can wear only tux style trousers if your a boy or a skirt if your a girl (even in winter!)

But on mufti day and the last day (and discos) you can go without school uni but if you do stuff with your hair you got to chang eit before you go back to school!

The thing is its normal to me i thought every school had uniform!

If we have sweets/crisps we get given a leaflet about junk food and its gross its a mag called drop the junk and the dinner people force us to read it!

Most of the changes took place when we got a new head master then we had hair and food rules too we always have had uniform!

Our uniform:

Winter:

Grey/black trousers

white shirt

Tie (wih green and yellow diagonal stripes)

black Jumper with school crest

Summer (new optional thingy, much simpler):

Grey/black trousers

polo shirt with school crest

PE:

Green polo shirt

(optional) Green Rugby jumper-ly thing

Black shorts or Jogging bottoms (Dark blue is punishable by yelling, and a detention too, I think)

long socks. Yellow or white, depending on the type of PE

weird uniform-related rule:

Jumpers must be worn between lessons, no matter how hot the weather is
