What the heck isan ura tama in v4.5?! (ura mamtchi, ura dabatchi, ura yattatchi, etc.)

It is because a Tamagotchi version 4.5 is like a UraTama, hence the ura in the front of some of the characters names. A UraTama is a Tamagotchi that was released in Japan, where your Tamagotchi can get a job.

sry but those characters with ura in front of them look different then the original ones which you can still get

i found it out sry if i was a bother, ura can mean reverse or opposite in japanese and according to the character discrptions they're opposites of the originals
