I think it is a glitch unless if you pt pause a lot like a lot lot then maybe that could be an explanation and if it is not try resetting it too then maybe it will work.

yes, do not pause it anymore and then wait one or two more days and see if your tama goes up one or two year. if not, try reseting it and do not pause it anymore , but only if you have to.

well, even if you pause once.if in that one time you paused for a long time, then that is the reason.
