I got mine at walmart, toys r us, and target. I got my pocket duck off ebay though.

They were all around $15. The duck was $8.

It is not a rip-off! A rip-off is a fake for $40.00 or something! How much did YOU spend on a Tamagotchi? I bought mine at Wal-Mart for less than $16.00.

Actually it's not. The least I've seen one sell for in stores was $12 and that's only because it was the day after Thanksgiving when everything is on sale. I don't know what country you're in but in the US it's rare to find them much under $15.

I bought one at Toys R US, in store, for $15 dollars and another at Target for a friend for the same price. I had to go to two stores to get the right colors. But, Toys R US had the most selection, overall.
