In local stores in the U.S. they'd cost about $15.00 but I went to Goodwill in U.S. and got a v.3. that wasnt used and still in packaging for 3.00!

I was in Toys R Us yesterday, in Richmond BC Canada, and they have lots. They just got in a new shipment. I bought two silver ones last week (one for a friend), the last of the first shipment. They are selling for $17.99 Canadian dollars, about the same as $16 US. Some guys on Ebay are tyring to sell for $40 US ???

They had all the colours too. That is near Vancouver BC.

I got mine and my 5 siblings' off e-bay, and they have some in stock that are just around $12,

and they have rare colors too, like snakeskin green...which is what I got....

$15 is the average price. anything above $20 is overpriced.

you can get them cheaper than $15 in a few places, but most places are $15. if i were you, i wouldn't buy from any place that prices it higher than $20 unless you have tons of money.
