V3s are not on sale in shops any more - unless you find a local shop with some very old stock still on display

The only option you have now is to look at online shopping - ebay, Amazon, etc. - where you will probably find some 2nd hand V3s

I think you can only order them online. Try looking at amazon.com they have some V3s there.
