I have a V3 and I have some questions:

How do I get Mametchi?

Can They become Oldies/Old timers?

You can get mametchi (like always) by taking perfect care of him! But to get him the generation number has to be odd!

Yes you can get a Oldies/Old Timers!

But how? By not feeding him snacks? By not letting his hearts empty?

You have to keep your tamagotchi's weight less, get full training meter, keep hearts full and play games to get Mametchi.
