V4.5 and V4 question

Okay, so I'm wondering if the tamagotchi v4 and the tamagotchi v4.5 have the same characters because I was connecting two of them and my v4 tama came up as a Nazotchi (the character that comes up if the other tamagotchi does not recognize the other tama's species) on my v4.5, and mz v4.5 tama came up as a Nazotchi on my v4.

EDIT: If the characters are different, could you please give me an accurate v4.5 character chart if there is such a thing? Thanks!
