V4.5 Character charts possibly wrong?

So I've mated off some oldies to get Oyatchi on my v4.5 so I could get a regular Kuchipatchi.

I have the stats at 132 smiley face, 19 star, and 23 fist.

On both of these charts it shows Kuchipatchi under smiley face characters.

So imagine my surprise this morning when my Hashitamatchi evolved into a Mametchi! I'm pretty sad face about this whole thing because I was aiming for a character I've never had before and got something else. :[

It's not a "Ura" character, either. I did everything right according to the charts.

Anyone else have this problem?

Thats weird... I seem to remember Kutchipatchi needed to be a certain weight to get it... Otherwise, you get the normal good weight tama... This case Mametchi.

That's wack. I wish I had found out about that before hand. :[

I rarely get Kutchipatchi at all... (Any version....) When I get him, his weight is up over my normal... Like 40? I'm always to busy trying to keep the weight down.
