V4.5 Need game help.

I got a job at the hospital but how do you play the game?? It has 3 jars one looks like it has a lid and hearts some black some just a heart shape and skulls fall but i cant figure out what im suppose to do??

It is just like Get in v3.

 

 

Get the hearts by pressing Left Button for Left, Middle for Middle and Right for Right.

 

It is simple.
