you get the busy tone? i don't go down to the book icon go to the parents it will give you a phone number the one pointing to the left is a the one pointing to the right is c and the circle is the b button hope i helped!

There are about 3 cell phone numbers. When you go and look at your parents in the book icon you will see a Phone number (Most people say code).
