Yes Makiko is a rare/special character, often referred as Memetchi’s oldie version. She will come from 350 arts/talent points and a combined 100 points in the other 2 sections. Which you will need about 450 points. I guess you can say the tamagotchi’s with no Chi’s at the end is special. Like Bill.

The teachers don't end with 'chi' either, and same with most of the Angelgotch characters and some of the Debirutchi no Tamagotchi characters (like Oyajidebiru and Debirudori)
