V4 kept resetting itself and...

the screen went all blank, and it was working perfectly fine despite the fact it was old. I didn't want to open it up in case I broke it permanently.

Can anyone tell me what has happened, I mean it was working perfectly until this happened, it wasn't glitchy or anything, it was Mizutamatchi and everytime I downloaded it when it reset, it came up as 0 skill points.

Please tell me ASAP!!

Edit: The problem has been solved, it was just that the battery connector thingy was flattened and had a crumb on it.

Hmm...interesting. Have you tried swapping out the battery for a brand new one?
