i really need help

how do i use the rare cellphone i just press buttons but nothing happens it just makes a noise like how a regular cellphone makes like i typed in the wrong number or something. can someone help me plz

It has two uses.

1. If you have two V4's when you connect together using the 'visit' option you sometimes get the two tama's chatting to each other on their phones rather than one visiting the others screen.

2. When you are on 2nd generation or higher, when you go to the details of your parent stored in family you will get a code that you can use for the phone. It is a combination of circles and half circles that correspond with the ABC buttons.
