V4 Waht happened?

My friend's V4 is a teenager it is 0 (zero) pounds when it should be 20 pounds and it is not even in preschool yet. What happened and what should she do? Is it normal?

I don't think it's normal, unless your friend opened a treasure Chest and turned his/her Tama into a baby/oldie. Normally that messes with its weight, making it either 5 lbs or 0 lbs. Just feed it and it'll be fine.

This is common with Ichigotchis. Or as you call it. She can go down to 0 pounds while playing a game.
