V5 DVD - NOT WORKING! Please Help!

Hey everyone!

I got my V5 in the mail today and the DVD doesn't work. I tried two different computers. I am going to try a DVD player next...but in the meantime, any suggestions?

Check the DVD region of your disc and make sure it's the same as your player and DVD drives.

You should be able to temporarily change the region of your computer's DVD player, if the region is different from yours.
