V5 Never Returned to normal

On my V5, my Kuchipatchi (Gen 3) turned fat. I gave him a diet stick, but he did not return to normal. Why?

I think you're supposed to give it something else, not a diet stick...

That's very strange, a mirror should work, though not for the parents. Try to reset and download, it is also possible that the battery is low.

Your supose to use a balence biscuit and then use a mirror.
