V5 Second Generation

Well, I actually have a V5.5, but I'm guessing the question applies to both.

When I have a second generation on my 5.5, will I have to give a new family name or will it remain the same? I'm asking so I can find a new name if I have to before the second generation is created.

Think of it like a last name.

[At least when you're kids] the last name doesn't change, so when you have kids [when they're kids] they'll have the same last name as you.
