V5 sleeping

I just got the V5 and read over the instructions, and there is no mention about sleeping. For those of you who have used them, do they go to sleep on there own, or do you have to pause them at night?

They fall asleep on there own. Pausing them would pause the life cycle, and it would take alot longer for the Tama to grow.

They fall asleep automatically at 9:00pm

They wake-up automatically at 7:00am
