Trauma Center: Second Opinion for the Nintendo Wii and Trauma Center: Under The Knife for the Nintendo DS. The Sims is good too.

Super Paper Mario for the Wii. 'Nuff said.

Paper Mario: The thousand year door or whatever it's called was one of my favourites for GC. I also really liked F-zero GX for the GC. Animal Crossing was one of my favourites for a long while, too, and Harvest Moon: Magical Melodies is decent.

I also really liked FFVII for the PS1 - It's the first good RPG I remember playing.

For the PS2 I like Battlefront I & II and Guitar Hero I & II.

There are probably others but those are the several that come to mind.

EDIT: Oh, I almost forgot - I love all the pokemon games! :> RBY the best though, since it provides endless fun with its numerous glitches.
