I think they are just different shades of color. I think leaftchi is green, violetchi is a shade of purple...

I don't know why Ban-Dai made those 3 bears.

Furawatchi is the Pink one. On the Tamagotchi Version 2 and 1.

Leaftchi is the green one, On the v3.

Violetchi is the Violet one, on the v3 and v4 (i think) and Tamagotchi Corner shop.
