Weird Sounds after I change battery....

When I get a new tama, the sounds are all bright and happy-sounding. Then, once I change the battery, the sound becomes not-as-happy-sounding! Is it because the battery your tama comes with inside it is a special tamagotchi battery? Has this happened to you? Do you know what is happening?

I am sorry I don't know because I think it is hard to tell but it probably is just a sound difference for a little while maybe after a few minutes or hours it will stop I hope this help....

P.S mines before I changed the battery it didn't sound well but after I changed it ..it sounded great then after a few hours it sounded normal again.

Mine have been like that for months now. I think I got the new battery from Sears, and I have a friend who got a new battery from CVS, and it sounds normal. When I bought the batteries, it came in a 2-pack, so a while ago, I tried switching batteries, but the sound was still messed up. Maybe it's something with the Sears batteries.

It may be that the type of battery affects the sound somehow. My Tamagotchis and my friends' all sound a bit different. It's nothing to worry about, I don't think.
