the mame family is the pencil icon related ones

the meme family is the star icon related ones

and the kuchi family is the flower related icon ones

to get a teen in the mame family u have to get pencil points while a toddler

to get a teen in the meme family u get star points when a Toddler

but how do u get flower points when ur a Toddler going to turn into a teen??? like the jumprope game is star points and the mimic is pencil but what do i do to get flower points!!!

When my V4 tamas are toddlers I have got Intelligence points from Jump Rope too ...

I think you need to make sure you send your tama to pre-school and play the little dancing game with the Nanny there. Each time you visit you get a Kindness point - so that way, you can collect up to 10 Kindness points each day

It think it depends on what class your tama takes in pre-school or it's just totally random!
