what´s with chamametchi

I have a tmg+ color evertytime chamametchi looks in the red book she dresses up in a dress and servants comes and plays with her

Does anyone know why

Is it around night-time? Cause she could be reading herself a bedtime story or having a day-dream about her being a princess
