What are all the things you can unlock on the Tamagotchi iD L?

I already unlocked all the Tama Tomo stamps for my Violetchi/Furawatchi and I was wondering how you can unlock the third screen on the status option. Also, how do you unlock the last option in the door icon. You get my point. The main question was what are all the things you can unlock on the Tamagotchi iD L.

The third screen on the status option lets you change the icon theme, and it appears when you unlock Patchi Falls. For each location after that, you unlock new icon themes. All the locations are:

• Henshin Jo
  
• Patchi Falls
  
• Melody Land
  
• Concert Hall
  
• Fortune Telling Hall
  
• Tamagotchi School
  
• Waru Cafe
  
• Gotchi King's Castle.
  

I'm not sure of the precise number of TamaTomo characters you need for each location, though.
