Soooo... any one? I really need help! Does anyone know anything else I can do with it?

My friends go shopping in stores in their tamagothci toy! Help?

 
i have one too you can turn out the lights( when asleep) give it medicine clean up after it and feed it and ocasionly it will bounce in to the far background
